Refund Policy

7-day refund window

If the Roundtable isn't for you, we'll refund your first month of membership in full if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After the first week

After the 7-day window, memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals:

1. Manage your subscription from the link in your Stripe purchase receipt, or
2. Ask us in the Discord community and we'll process the cancellation for you

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not refund the current period.

Annual plans

Annual memberships carry the same 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 7 days, the remaining months are non-refundable, but you keep access for the full year.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Discord community or reply to your purchase confirmation email with the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests from accounts that show patterns of repeated purchases and refunds, or that downloaded and redistributed community content.
