Talk to us where we actually are.

No ticket queue and no contact form that disappears into a void. These are the channels we genuinely watch. Already a member? The private server is still the fastest place to reach us.

YouTube — public questions

Comment on any video, including the Daily AI News Brief. Best for questions worth answering publicly, since the reply then helps everyone watching. Go to the channel.

Discord — members only

Member support lives in the private server — that is where the library, the workflow channels, and the weekly Roundtable happen. Your invite arrives with your membership. See what membership includes.

Before you write

Three things get asked constantly, and all three are already answered in writing:

What to expect

The Roundtable is run by a small team, not a support department. Email can take a couple of business days, and YouTube comments get answered in batches. Once you are inside, messages in the private server usually get picked up the same day — which is the honest reason members get a faster reply than the public channels.
