Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
Note: These are starter terms provided as a template. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on them for your business.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or becoming a member of AI Creators Roundtable (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Membership
The Service is a private community for creatives learning, building, and monetizing with AI tools. Membership includes access to our Discord community, prompts, templates, tutorials, and other resources we make available from time to time.
Membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
3. Payments and Billing
Membership is billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Founding member rates, where offered, are locked in for the life of continuous membership.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share membership content, credentials, or Discord access with non-members
- Scrape, redistribute, or resell community resources for commercial purposes
- Harass, dox, or abuse other members
- Use the community to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
- Violate the terms of any third-party AI tool discussed in the community
We may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these rules, without refund where permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Content provided through the Service — including prompts, templates, and tutorials — is licensed to you for personal and commercial use in your own work. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the content itself as a competing product or resource.
You retain full ownership of anything you create using community resources.
6. No Professional Advice
Content in the Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results from using AI tools vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Creators Roundtable and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the community and on this blog, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your County, State].
